Revision of World War Two History

This activity is prohibited by law in Germany. However, opinion polls indicate that German society is getting tired of the topic. Nevertheless, On December 19, 2014, in a request of a group of Left Party MPs inquiring into why Germany did not support the UN resolution submitted by Russia on the need to combat the glorification of Nazism, it was noted that there are attempts to equate the Nazi and Soviet regimes (In particular, with an indication that the Soviet regime used part of the Nazi concentration camps to organise new prisons).
